I know that’s not really much of an answer. So here’s a better one. I like creating things, solving problems and working with people. Design provides a venue for all of that with the added bonus of making this world a better place. So why do I do it? Because I can’t think of a better way to spend my day.
I’m Mike Freeman, a humble designer working in my home town, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. During the day I act as a freelance web/graphic design consultant. I am also a proud member of the Zeebu Mobile team. Zeebu’s mission is to educate children in fun and exciting ways, and give parents some free time at key moments (waiting in line, on the phone, or any of the many things that need to get done). As a firm believer in using design to affect positive change, I’ve finally found a home, with Zeebu.
